[She folds her hands behind her back, staring at her shoes. She's wearing his clothes and they smell like him and they're soft and she likes that but--]

He is a very shy person. I almost scared him away.

[He wants you to stay. It's not very often he asks anybody to stay.

But Nadia, does Nadia want to stay with him, and be closer to him? That's what matters. Susan is sure that Ken will accept Nadia's feelings no matter what they are.]

[Then she doubts her feelings would burden him at all. He cares very, very much about her.]

Then I will tell him how I feel! [She is humming as she assists Susan with cooking!]

[Susan smiles. She is so happy for young love. It's cute.

Ken will soon appear out of the shower to help with dinner! Seeing him will make Susan smile from ear to ear and he stares at her when she starts giggling but turns to Nadia and asks how she's feeling?]

[Nadia's face is red!! But she marches to Ken, takes his hand in hers and her face is set in determination.]

Will you please come with me?

[She can't confess her own love in front of someone else, what if Ken gets embarrassed?]

What. What did he do. Ken looks panicked for a second what did he do before he nods!!]

W-what is it. [He will follow her.]

[She'll make sure his door is unlocked before she takes him into the hallway outside of his apartment.

And then she looks positively shy. She doesn't look shy almost ever.]

... I wanted to be very clear with you about my feelings, Ken.

[Oh Jesus. She took him outside? It must be serious. It might be bad.

His heart jumps in his throat and he tries not to panic.]

I-- I shouldn't have kissed you without asking.

[She shakes her head. Smiles, even! How come it was so easy to tell Susan.]

It isn't that. I'm not mad. [IT MAKES HER HEART GO DOKI DOKI] But I--I didn't want you to have to think about it all night.

[Ken's stupid. But not that kind of stupid. And not that stupid. He blinks, her words sinking in, and he feels his stomach attempt a somersault. Ten out of ten, but totally twisted.]

... Nadia.

[She tugs his hand into both of hers again.]

I wanted to tell you! I care about you very much. You are my best friend in the world. If you want me by my side... then I want to be there.

[He blinks at her, confusion settling on his face. His eyes widen a degree when he thinks he understands what she means, and -- best friend?

He doesn't dare let it show on his face. He puts on a smile.]

... I'll be happy to have you with me.

I love you.

[IS THAT CLEAR ENOUGH KEN?] We are very young and I am not entirely sure I know the concept of love well, but when I am nearby you my heart beats faster and I am always happy and when you hold me, I feel safe and warm like nothing bad can ever happen. And maybe that is not love, but it is the closest thing I think I have ever experienced.

[Wait, what-- What? Now he's entirely surprised and it shows on his face. But that's not what she was saying just now, she-- his face burns red. She said that. She really did. His stomach twists anxiously. She really, really did. Is this really okay?] ... I like being with you, Nadia. You always look at me when we talk, and when I'm with you, I don't feel so worried. Like it's okay to be with you. [He shakes his head. His hand is shaking the tiniest bit in hers.] I don't know anything about love. It never worked in my family. But I want you with me. I want to be with you.

[She pulls him just close enough that she can press her forehead to his, nuzzling him.]

I want to be with you, too. Don't be afraid.

[He jumps. Oh god, can she feel his heart beating? He's worried it'll beat right out of his chest.]

I'm-- I'm not afraid...

[He tilts his head, looking at her nervously.] Do you really..?

[She nods!]

May I kiss you?

[His heart beats faster. His face burns. He nods quickly.]

[Nadia is not very sure how kissing goes since she's only read about it in books, but since they're so close and he seems so embarrassed, she's not scared at all.

She tilts her head just enough that their lips meet! Now... what?]

[Ken is very, very sure that Nemesis must be teasing him or just fucking with him to make him more embarrassed in this moment because when Nadia kisses him it feels like static. He sort of squeaks in response and stands kind of tense at first, but after just a moment of this he raises his free hand to her shoulder, holds it nervously, and leans in to press back into the kiss. It's still very light though.]

[Nadia can't say it felt like fireworks, but it was soft and warm and felt like scent of cinnamon. She giggles, quietly, smiling brightly.]

Thank you. [This was a wonderful way to make her forget the events of earlier. And her first kiss has now officially been a wonderful experience.]

[He's very red, but he nods as he knocks his forehead gently against hers again. There's still one thing he's not sure about.]
